This agreement is between kooshindesigns.com, kooshin.com and our clients. All clients and prospects MUST agree these terms and read before they order any kind of web services from us (KooshinDesigns.com, Kooshin.com)

1:

Kooshindesigns.com doesn't’t design, program, or host illegal sites. That includes what we (kooshindesigns.com) find to be illegal even if it is considered to be legal in other countries.

2:

When you (The Client) are/is sure that you want to request our services whether it is web design or the other services we provide, you (The Client) MUST prepay 50% of the project fee.

The rest of the fee, 50% will be received when the project is finished and you (The Client) are/is satisfied.
Under any circumstances you (The Client) are/is not allowed to request a refund of the 50% prepaid fee. It is Non – refundable

3:

When the design or the service requested is finished, we (KooshinDesigns.com will do the changes requested by you (The Client) if there are any within one week if not before that. After that period we (Kooshindesigns.com) are/is not responsible for any changes requested later than that. You (The Client) is supposed to make sure and write a detailed document about the kind of changes you (The Client) want.

4:

We (KooshinDesigns.com) are/is not responsible for the works which you (The Client) get(s) delayed or accepting it within 30 days of sending the finish of the project.

5:

We (KooshinDesigns.com) are/is not responsible for third party policies and also what other design firms have designed, developed. This includes the programs and scripts which are used for designing and developing websites such as forum scripts, portal scripts etc.

Therefore We (KooshinDesigns.com) are/is not responsible and WILL NOT be liable to compensate anything to any person, group or company due to problems that came from the usage of the third party products from those companies ( the companies which developed, programmed, designed the scripts and products used)

6:

When the details of the contents of the website or service being requested are agreed on, you (The Client) is not allowed to add any details and contents to the list. If You (The Client) do want to add more details and contents then that will mean a new list is created and you will be given a new quote unless we (KooshinDesigns.com) told you that it is a fixed quote.

7:

By using any element designed by Kooshindesigns.com, or any script written by Kooshindesigns.com, You (The Client) MUST agree to link back to KooshinDesigns.com. As long as you use any element designed by us (KooshinDesigns.com) you (The Client) agree that it is copyrighted by Us (KooshinDesigns.com)

8:

You (The Client) agree to authorize us (KooshinDesigns.com) and to give us access to everything we need to provide our services such as FTP access for uploading the site files when it is finished, access to scripts requesting a username and password for submitting a theme, style like forum scripts and portal scripts.

We (KooshinDesigns.com) will not use the access given for any other purpose other than providing the services requested by you (The Client).

9:

You (The Client) agree that we (KooshinDesigns.com) grant you (The Client) non-exclusive and non-transferable license to all the services we provide to you like web site design and any of its elements, themes, scripts unless otherwise mentioned on somewhere else or agreed on a separate page.

10:

You (The Client) agree that We (KooshinDesigns.com) have the right to discontinue any services at any time and also edit and update these terms at anytime without your knowledge. You (The Client) also agree(s) that our prices are subject to change at anytime.
